You are required to complete a Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Briefing or Portability Briefing.  Both courses are available below in both English and Spanish.  You are only required to complete the course as directed by the specialist working with you. Upon course completion, you will receive a certificate of completion via email and the Grand Prairie Housing and Neighborhood Services Specialist will be notified by email of your course completion. Your GPHNS Specialist will email you a HCV voucher that is good for 60 days from the time of course certification.
